Terms of service

These terms apply to every BUILDOM service: building, setup, upgrades, maintenance and advice. By booking a service, you accept them.

  1. Who we are

    BUILDOM builds, sets up and upgrades PCs at its customers’ homes, in Marrakech and the surrounding area.

  2. Services and prices

    Prices are in Moroccan dirhams, per visit:

    • Essential: 350 MAD
    • Complete: 500 MAD
    • Build With Me: 650 MAD
    • Upgrade and maintenance: from 150 MAD
    • Config Advice: 150 MAD, deducted from a build booked afterwards

    What each package includes is described on the home page. The price of your service is confirmed in writing on WhatsApp before we come. For an upgrade or maintenance, it depends on the work to be done.

    Parts are not included: you buy them yourself, from the seller of your choice.

  3. Travel and hours

    Travel is included in the price anywhere in Marrakech. In Tamansourt, along the Ourika road and nearby, it costs 50 to 100 MAD extra. We tell you the amount before you book.

    We work at these times:

    • Monday to Friday: 6 pm to 10 pm
    • Saturday and Sunday: 10 am to 6 pm

  4. Booking and deposit

    You book on WhatsApp. Your booking is confirmed once we have sent you the day, time, package and price.

    For Complete and Build With Me, a 100 MAD deposit is due when you book. It is deducted from the final price. The other packages need nothing upfront.

  5. Before we come

    Please have ready:

    • all the parts, at your place on the day of the appointment;
    • a clear work surface and a power outlet near where the PC will go;
    • for Complete and Build With Me: an internet connection for drivers and games, and your Windows license if you have one.

  6. During the visit

    We unbox and photograph every part in front of you before building. You can watch the whole visit and ask anything.

    If a part is faulty or incompatible, we help you find the part at fault and prepare the return to the seller. We agree with you on how to continue.

    In Build With Me, you install the parts yourself, with the technician guiding you at every step.

    The visit ends with startup and temperature tests, done in front of you.

  7. Payment

    You pay the balance at the end of the visit, once your PC has been tested in front of you, in cash or by instant bank transfer.

  8. Assembly guarantee

    The assembly is guaranteed for 30 days from the visit. If a problem comes from the assembly, we come back and fix it for free.

    Parts are under the seller’s or manufacturer’s warranty. If a part fails, we help you find it and prepare the return.

  9. Software and licenses

    We only install legally licensed software: with your license, or with a license bought at your request. A license bought at your request is charged on top of the package.

  10. Photos and privacy

    The photos taken during unboxing are used to check the condition of the parts.

    We only publish a photo of your build with your consent, and never your address or face without your permission.
